When I joined MBS I never dealt directly with the contractor, my background was in wholesale distribution of building materials that I currently sell you. I've always worked for the customer. That made this an easy transition. What I didn't expect was the personal relationship that I've created with my customers and my staff. And isn't that what this is really all about?
